Our standard delivery for Peninsular Malaysia is within 5 - 7 business days of ordering and East Malaysia is within 6 - 10 business days (unless stated otherwise in Delivery Method during checkout). We also offer express delivery options. Free standard delivery in Peninsular Malaysia is applicable for orders above RM100. Free standard delivery for East Malaysia is applicable for orders above RM250. For Singapore, delivery charges are weight based and we do not offer free delivery for Singapore for now. Oh no! We are so sorry for this blunder! If we have made a mistake with the personalisation or sent you a faulty or incorrect item, we will replace the item for you immediately. Email us a photo of your item (with the faulty part) together with a short description and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will exchange your item for a new one instantly.
We're so sorry if a product you like is out-of-stock! We try our best to restock goods asap for our customers. If you'd like to pre-order an out-of-stock item or would like to check when the product will be available again, please email us at email@example.com to let us know. We will be able to take pre-order reservations for certain products with no payment required. We will notify you when the stock is about to arrive!
By default, we will pack all items in an order into one giftbox. If you require additional giftboxes, kindly select the additional giftbox option during checkout under 'Delivery Method' (For Malaysia & Singapore). For all other countries, kindly place your orders separately if you require more than one giftbox.
After you checkout, kindly send us confirmation of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org together with your order number and name so we can begin processing your order. Please bank in the correct amount so that we can process your order quickly.
